A representative of BPH/Healthcare-Holidays will greet you at Bangkok airport and take you to your hotel. We will provide a free cell phone for you, to call all of our local contact numbers for your convenience.

There is no extra room charge if you bring a partner or friend along as all of the rooms have twin beds or a queen-sized bed.

The Healthcare-Holiday staff will be waiting at your hotel on the morning to take you to your Êfirst pre-arranged registration and appointment at the hospital to meet your doctor.

A schedule for your treatment will be arranged (We will have previously advised you of usual times for the procedures that you require). This is typically started within 24 to 48 hours.

We will be available to help with any travel, transport, visa, hotels, shopping, sight-seeing and be of general assistance as required during your entire time in the Kingdom.

In short, you do not have to worry at all. It is our job and our privilege to look after you every step of the way.
